Join Chef Mary as she guides you through the art of croissant making, from creating the butter block to folding and shaping the dough. You'll gain the confidence to master this classic French pastry and take home your freshly made croissants to bake and enjoy.

Buttermilk Biscuit class- $100/person 6:30-8:30pm
Bake tender biscuits with chef Mary Payne Moran in a joyful, hands-on class using special whole-grain flour from The King’s Roost. Learn, taste, and build confidence. Take home 6-12 biscuits.
Cinnamon Roll Class- $100/person 6:30-8:30pm
Learn to make tender, flavorful cinnamon rolls and cinnamon twist bread using whole-grain flour from The King’s Roost. Take home a dozen cinnamon rolls.
Parker Rolls and Pulled Pork- $125/person 6:30-8:30pm
Make and bake Parker Rolls with chef Mary, a hands-on, family-friendly class using whole-grain flour, paired with pulled pork and creamy coleslaw. Learn simple techniques, build confidence—perfect for all ages.
